Help me understand you price profile of over $500 dollars for a routine oil change and my vehicle wasn’t even washed. Albeit, I was given a few dollars credit by service representative.
I’ve been a repeat customer 4 times over. However, a 500+ oil change has quickly help me decide my loyalty.

When I arrived at 8:10 this morning. There was a red Alfa Romeo in the service area . With no driver. When I acquired I was tolls that the car was there and that sales didn’t know where the key was . Unacceptable
I was taken in for an oil change however once it was done I was asked do you want it done I decided and as I was driving my vehicle smell like Adirty old man and oil . Please do better for cost that I paid poor very poor .service today. Kahlil Muhammad
