Alexis was very pleasant to work with & kept me informed about the progress of my SUV's repairs. I suspect she was as surprised as I was that the parts for my Maserati had to be dispatched from Italy, instead of from a warehouse in the U.S. Because of this delay, and another due to the need for (extended) warranty coverage approval, the earlier availability of a loaner car would have been helpful.
Madalyn was fantastic.
I’m still having ghost in the machine issues though with unlocking, typing on screen and occasional alarm going off while I’m in the car. Not sure why, of course, and was hoping they’d resolved with software updates. Regardless, the car otherwise works well and hopefully they’ll get the software right soon.
