Tod Severson was very dishonest and stated that they identified the problem and would have my vehicle operational for $725. He proceeded to call me an 1 hour and 37 minutes later saying more diagnostic is need for additional $725. Just ludicrous!

He is able to break down complex technical topics in an understandable way, was patient and ensures that I completely understood what was being done and why, and simplified the process to make it as easy as possible to service my vehicle. He is the gold standard for what a representative should be, and is a huge component of my trust in Toyota as a brand.

I brought car in 3 weeks ago for 6 month service and there was no mention of torn boot on axle. I only found out when I took car into Firestone for alignment. What exactly am I paying dealer for when I take car in for service and inspection?! I also found out battery needs replacing for 2nd time from Firestone. Service manager stepped in and understood and is trying to rectify situation.
