I had great service when I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander Grand in to Toyota of Santa Barbara. I am very thankful to Service Writer Daniel Barcelo.
My issue was resolved and vehicle was returned sooner than expected.
He would also keep me updated on what was going on and that made me feel at ease. Great customer service.
Tod was thorough and kind. The proce came in lower than expected and the car was promised on time once the inspection was complete. Only wish you had a loaner fleet! Thanks!
My car was not serviced. Apparently there were not enough technicians working today. I will call for another appointment . Disappointed..

Robert Anderson is the main reason why we get ALL of our Toyotas serviced there. A 2024 RAV4 limited hybrid , a 2021 Tacoma off-road , a 2017 Tacoma SR5 4 WD .
I have bought 2 vehicles from SB Toyota- 2020 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition in 2019, and the RAV 4 in late 2023.
Tod was a very helpful young man. I was very pleased the way everything was handeled.
Rick took care of me wonderfully. It was surprising that a prepaid interval maitenance on a car with 10k miles, with no surprises or unexpected maintenance, took from 8:15am till 4pm, despite me making an appointment and explaining everything then. I know this isn’t on Rick, but definitely not enjoyable.

I felt I waited too long when I first arrived, and when I booked I was told there would be a shuttle, and there was not.
