Very good but the paperwork I was given when I left says after wheel removal wheels must be retorqued after 100 miles. Is tgis so and where? Daniel and I did not discuss this.

there was a lot of grease on the door jam from the installers shoes. it could’ve been easily cleaned prior to returning the vehicle to the customer. other then that the customer service was amazing. Rick was great!!

Excellent service, Tod was great. Good communication and answered all questions with knowledge and care. Lexus always returns car washed, super nice service?? Perhaps something Toyota could provide, would be icing on the cake. Don’t know if you offer a shuttle service, that’s convenient too. Overall satisfied-thank you!
