Need to comply what is said to customers and get back with feedback when promised to the customers, be more friendly a little sympathy wouldn't hurt, specially after getting stranded away from home like in my case gives you he's number but what's the point no answer.

It is always a pleasure to do business with Rachel. She always fully informs me as to how the job is moving along as I usually wait on premises for my car.
This visit was not planned as I already had our routine maintenance last week 4/11/24. All was well (happy with that visit although issue with the Uber credits) until Sunday 4/14/24 when black/grey smoke belched out of my car’s tail pipe. Happened 4 times and once yesterday 4/15/24 on my way to Toyota to get this checked out. Although prompt attention was provided to the new issue (apparently extra oil which is totally preventable), this unplanned return/visit was inconvenient (time away from work) and caused me undue worry the past 2 days. Hopefully this does not happen again to anyone especially to customers who try to take good care of their vehicle and put their trust in Toyota. I do want to mention Rick provided exceptional service and probably beyond his control however is preventable.
Toyota of Santa Barbara really delivered for me. I have a 1991Toyota dolphin RV. That needed an oil change on short notice. The service people over the phone were sympathetic and helped me out. I got a Monday Morning appointment. The staff on the premises were very professional. I will be bringing my dolphin back to you when it needs help. Thank you.
Todd is friendly, has strong people and communication skills. He listens carefully to the concerns of his customers regarding their car. He explains in a simple comprehensible manner of what can be provided by Toyota and the estimated cost. More employees should have the work ethic and dedication to their responsibilities of their job as Todd.
