Made an appointment for 7:15am. Got there early. Traffic for service area backed up to street. People parking there cars and leaving. My appointment was specifically for a Sienna recall. After an evaluation I was informed Toyota needed to order the part. “Should get back to you w/n 3 weeks. If they knew I was scheduling to replace the recall part how about telling me to come in when the hey have the part? To be clear all the workers were professional. Just a very busy day set aside to get a job done. The frustration has to do with setting aside another day for the installation. It’s a management issue.

The only thing I would say is, it’s really strange because my car wouldn’t start and two different warning lights came on, but then when the car was brought in, it was diagnosed as nothing wrong.????????♀️

I recieved a text saying I needed to make a payment but I had a service plan. I also recieved a text saying avoid the line and pay with a link but that was never sent. I arrived and my advisor was dealing with another customer for a long time. I asked one of the other advisors and he said just wait for your assigned one. After I waited another 10min he finally came over and grabbed the paper work off his desk and signed 3 times. I was finally on my way.

Todd, was very responsive and had great communication I enjoy working with him. He provides great feedback and answered my questions and was able to pull my prepaid service to get my oil change done today. I explained I understand Toyota does oil changes at 10,000 miles but I prefer doing my changes at 5,000
