The service agent lied to me repeatedly and the paperwork said that my tire pressure was set to the manufacturers standard, but it was not. The manufacturers pressure guidance is 35 psi and my tires were reading in the 40s and they were all different. Over inflating tires is a serious safety hazard. So not only did the paperwork misrepresent the work, but it put my safety at risk. It leaves me, wondering what else was either not done or misrepresented. The tire air pressure is the only thing I can verify and I’m gonna have to take it to a tire shop and have the tires examined. I cannot possibly trust future service at your dealership.

The service on my truck was excellent, but regarding the person who handed it back to me—I asked a question, and he simply ignored me and walked away. That was definitely poor customer service; improving in that area would be great. Thanks!
They skipped me and the lady in front of me and helped customers behind us first. I would recommend serving people who get there first.

We waited since 5/3/26 for our car to have recall resolved. Alejandro was not communicative, so manager Jaime took over our case and was very good at letting us know what was going on. He checked in over the looong wait for parts. We were supplied with a rental for the duration . Luckily we got our car back after such a delay on 7/09/26. Tod was great on my return of rental and pick up of my car.
