Your service was great. I was a little surprised that a manufacturing process in this day and age was not robust enough to stop welding slag to accumulate on critical fasteners and that it took from Feb. 26th to late April to send out a remedy. I worked on industrial & utility equipment for 44 years and this would have been totally unacceptable in my line of work.
I dropped my truck off at 10am.
Around 2 o’clock I got a text saying they were behind schedule and that my truck would be ready by 4:30 at the latest. I got dropped off at 4:30 and when I checked in with them they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet, it was still sitting in the same place it was parked 6.5 hours prior. When they finally finished the oil change, which took all of 20 minuets, they handed me an invoice with a list of things that needed to be fixed totaling about $1000. I bought the vehicle certified pre owned 8 months ago, and it was supposed to be under warranty. Nothing they tried to charge me for was covered. One of the things that needed to be done was the alignment, which was an issue when I test drove the truck. They were supposed to take care of it the day I test drove it but by the time I signed they had apparently forgotten about it, how convenient. From day 1 my experience here has been horrible. I had a sign and buy deal and they snuck on an extra 10,000 for coverage and paint protection when I went to officially sign the deal on the iPad. I thought you guys would be honest and trustworthy but I definitely learned my lesson. I also didn’t notice the truck didn’t have floor mats until the next day and when I asked about it they said “it didn’t come with any”. Insane!
To top it off, the kid I was dealing with was rude and had horrible customer service. I would love to speak with a manager. Please contact me at ****-****-xxxx. Looking forward to speaking with someone.

I went in for a routine oil change and check up, and the car was returned in an incomplete condition. The paper floor mat was left in the car. The passenger seat was fully reclined, and the tire pressure warning light was flashing. I asked about the tire pressure light and was told that we needed to replace all the tire pressure sensors and suggested I make a new appointment In addition, the Service was delayed by several hours. This is not the kind of service I was expecting from from Toyota
Call center scheduling is a disaster

Excellent customer service
I had asked for my windshield wiper emitter to be fixed, was charged $20, and it has the same issue as when I came in. My vehicle was not completed within the time frame I was promised, and I could not get ahold of the technicians upon multiple calls to determine when the work would be completed, which caused me to waste hours of my day, without knowing when my vehicle would be ready.
Robert was so helpful and efficient. Will definitely come back.
