I wasn’t happy with Michale stump service,hopefully on my next service I don’t have him.
Had an appointment at 9:30. Spoke to the service representative who assured me that I would have my car within two hours. Three hours later, I had not had my vehicle. I went out and inquired, and was told that my vehicle was still in the queue to be serviced. This was my first time at this dealership having recently moved to Santa Barbara. Had I known this I would’ve made ultimate arrangements. I immediately asked that they handover my keys and rescheduled my appointment because I had another appointment at two. I was very dissatisfied with the whole process. I was very vocal about it with the staff.
Michael was fantastic. So helpful and kind. Makes me want to come back to Toyota of SB. The only thing I don't like is that you don't accept credit cards - or charge a fee for them. For a large company like Toyota that seems inappropriate.

People are lazy and have no respect
Was sent a message part way through the service for some recommended additions for tire alignment for new tires when my tires are only half way through their lifetime. It was confusing to me and felt borderline fraudulent to try to get me to add that on to my service at this time. As a result I will be skeptical of future additional work suggestions by SB toyota
