It took 25 minutes to be checked in, and even then they had to change who was helping me. Everyone else in the line before and after me was seen before I was. At pick up, there was no acknowledgment that I was there waiting, and he wasn’t talking or making eye contact with the customer he was actually working with, just silently typing in the computer. Tod helped me check out and that was efficient and pleasant.

As a longtime loyal customer. I was extremely disappointed that I was not informed by my new Service Rep that Toyota of of Santa Barbara no longer accepts personal checks, and there was no notice posted to that effect. This led to a very difficult and embarrassing situation when I came to pick up my car sad that the personal service I have always enjoyed at Toyota of of Santa Barbara no longer seems to be the standard. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

It was a pleasure having Rick as my service advisor. He explained the proposed service, gave me an estimate of when my car would be ready and called to tell me it was available for pick up. Additionally he told me of a recall on my car and called when the parts were received and made the appointment. Then when I forgot that apparently he gave me a courtesy reminder call. Which allowed me to get the required work done that day

We were extremely satisfied with the service. Alejandro was very helpful. We were supposed to be heading home to Eugene, OR and our battery died. Alejandro and Jaime both were extremely helpful to get us back on the road. Thank you Gentleman!

Completely satisfied with the service department. Very puzzled by the appraiser who wouldn't talk to me at all after appraising my car. I had to insist on obtaining the appraisal hours later only to receive a lowball offer compared to other dealers. Toyota Financial services told me I could go to other Toy
