The guys were helpful and courteous, however we are having issues with our rear seatbelts ratcheting tighter and tighter on our 12-14yo kids on the freeway. Most freeway trips they have to take their seatbelts off at least once because they keep getting tighter and tighter. We told the guy and he tested them stationary with the car off and said they seemed fine. And that was that, no real attempt to recreate the conditions. This doesn’t happen in other cars, our kids hate it. Unresolved.

You folks told me I need a whole new set of tires because I had a nail in one tire. That is a $1032 cost. I took the car to my local mechanic and he fixed the tire. I don't trust you folks at all and have only had bad experiences from you. You folks cheat. I am absolutely not happy with you folks.

The technician forgot to clear the system’s mileage counter so now my “maintenance required” light is on, less than two months after my car was serviced. (And no I have not driven anywhere near 5000 miles in that time period)
