Went Toyota Oxnard with an electrical problem and they couldn’t find anything. Took my Prius to Tod in Santa Barbara and he had it diagnosed and fixed within 24hrs! My vehicle was not completed by the promised time and I called multiple times to check. Each time I was not given a clear answer on when it would be completed. I finally went over to see what was happening and it was sitting in the parking lot completed. I didn’t get the text that it was ready until after I had picked it up.
The only issue is that I was told the service would take an hour and a half and it took nearly two and a half. There was a delay between the service being done and the car being made available while I waited.
Alejandro was really helpful and explained everything I needed on my car im definitely going back to him if I have any issues or if I need something for my car !
