The Toyota email stated it was time for an oil change. So I called for an appointment and they said they would schedule me for an oil change and it would take about 2 hours. So, I carved that time out of my day and dropped off my car. They finished in45 minutes and checked the floor mats and checked basic things but no oil change. At this point in was told I don’t need an oil change until 10,000 miles. I only had 3,000 so it was basically just a waste of my time. In the future I will ignore your Toyota emails.

Service writer was short , ride, and had other things to do when i picked my truck up. Had a younger kid chec me in nice then this other gentleman who came told me what recall was about but then was rude

I had an appointment at 10am for oil change and brakes inspection, and my car wasn’t ready until 5pm what’s the point of making appointments then? Plus no one text me any updates during that time frame. I was told estimated time to complete my car would be around 2pm. In the end my breaks we’re fine but I just don’t see why they kept my car 7 hours to close out this assignment. Thank you for hearing my feedback. Have a good day!

I dislike overly optimistic time estimates due service and would rather know upfront how time something will really take based on the workflow and schedule and so forth. Rick laid it out for me and accurate. That allowed me to manage my afternoon and complete my own work. And I am grateful for that. On top of that, all of my interactions with Rick were straightforward, he answered my questions and guided me through the service. I left impressed with the service and I do not say that lightly.
