It took so damn long for a simple service. I dropped the car off at 8:45 with an appointment. I returned at 2:20 to check the status and they said they have not even started on it yet and it would be 45 minutes. I got the car back 1 hour later. It was incredibly frustrating.

I scheduled a 745 AM appointment for a 5000 mile service check... Was told 1-1.5 hours. After 1.5 hours my car was still on the lot and hasn't been worked on. Not acceptable.

On May 23 I brought the car in for service and said I was worried about a warning light to check the tire pressure control . Toyota found other recommendations for service and I finally paid $741. Then the warning light to check the tire pressure monitor kept reappearing. I had to return again and pay another $300 to have this tire problem taken care of. It wasn’t done the first time and caused me to worry about the safety of driving the car and a lot of inconvenience.

Daniel took the time to research the issue I was having with my vehicle and ensured a thorough inspection was completed. He listened to my concerns and made sure the issue was fully resolved before I picked up my vehicle. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. Because of him and the service he provided I will bring my vehicle back to Toyota to be serviced in the future.
