Robert was excellent; however when I called last week and asked for service i was sent to someone initially who apparently was not local...he said he can only book appointments...was rude and told me he would leave a message for a call back from someone in service and he apparently did not leave a msg because I never received a call back. Was not your usual professional local Santa Barbara folks. Just fyi.

Daniel was kind and gave me advice about my car maintenance. It was a refreshing opposite experience compared to mine with the sales department. Because of the finance manager and Zimmerman, I will never buy a car from Toyota SB ever again. However, because of Daniel Barcelo, will be back for my next service.
