I yes want to give a 100%satisfaction with the service the Pablo Bryant from parts diparment and the full understanding from the service manager with no questions to ask I’m very happy with this 3 persons and make a god relation ship the we create between Bryant and Pablo for the years I know them I’m glad the they still working at Toyota I bay my truck in Ventura Toyota but all my services is Ben done at Santa Barbara Toyota thanks to go over there way to service my truck

I appreciate Jaime and Alex Chen doing their best job in trying to rectify the errors in my car alignment, however both technicians that worked on my car did not do the job correctly at all. The problem went from bad to worse. I had to take my car to another dealership to get it properly aligned. Three alignments within 24 hrs. This isn’t Alec Chen’s fault nor Jamie’s though perhaps the foreman needs to ensure that his technicians complete jobs to high standards rather than push cars through with disregard to proper maintenance.
The service he provided is EXCEPTIONAL!!!
