George was a pleasure to work with, not the first time I’ve had to opportunity. In terms of the dealership, and newer ownership a couple years ago, All of my detailed service records for the 2011 tachoma were deleted and no longer available from my original purchase, in particular whether my transmission was ever serviced. This has in effect caused me a great deal of dissatisfaction. Perhaps there could be a means of clawing them back into your system. Just a suggestion. Sure I’m not the only one who was disappointed with this.

Tod was great. Only comment is I remember a time when car dealerships, when you would get car serviced, would wash car and offer to take you home after you drop car off and pick up. Would be great if that would be considered again.
