There was no service. I dropped the car off on Monday. I was told the necessary part would arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told it was in San Francisco and would arrive Thursday. No one ever called me. I called on Thursday and learned the part had not arrived. I could have gone to SF on Wednesday and gotten it but apparently Toyota couldn’t. I picked up the car on Thursday and was told I would get a call when the part comes in. No word on Friday. I’m not holding my breath.
Not sure whether the new windshield wipers in the front are working well.

Todd was wonderful. The computer system was down and causing delays. Since I come from Carpinteria I had to wait for 4 hours. Your prices have doubled and I was not prepared for that.
George is the man! He was so helpful and provided above and beyond customer service making sure all the proper repairs on my car were expedited to allow me to drive across country the next day! He made my family trip possible and I’m so grateful for him!
