Daniel was amazing! He is super professional, kind, and a person of his word. He took time to really listen to what we needed both this time and also on our previous time that we brought in our car. There was no service. I dropped the car off on Monday. I was told the necessary part would arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told it was in San Francisco and would arrive Thursday. No one ever called me. I called on Thursday and learned the part had not arrived. I could have gone to SF on Wednesday and gotten it but apparently Toyota couldn’t. I picked up the car on Thursday and was told I would get a call when the part comes in. No word on Friday. I’m not holding my breath.
