I have been bringing cars there and buying them there for a long time. I frequently hear people say it's such a rip off to go to dealerships for service. There were so few customers (and cars) there today plus you got me right in when I called I was a little uncomfortable wondering if salespeople try to sell more than is needed. Tod did great and eased these fears a bit though I didn't tell him of them. Bottom line is I have to trust that you have quality, trained people who are as careful and thorough with my car as I was doing treatments on patients in my dental practice over the years. Tod inspired my confidence in what I was getting. Thanks

Robert kept me informed, checked my service history, and recommended necessary maintenance (that other dealerships should have addressed before now). My car hasn't run this well since I purchased it!
Pablo was great, but I’m upset that the dealer-recommended service was priced over $1,000 and included about $600 of work that’s not part of the recommended maintenance in my owners manual, including brake fluid replacement and several other services that don’t appear to ever be listed in the vehicle’s warranty and maintenance guide.

I am sorry that I missed him on his lunch hour to complete our business but I decided to test drive a couple of cars while I was waiting for two hours. I thought my oil change would be an hour or less so that was a bit disappointing
