Just got back from Little Tokyo Anime Fest my car was packed with stuffed animals and goods from Japan I had anxiety coming in but Alex treated me with respect.

I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for service. I had an 830 appointment. I was there a few minutes early. It took over 30 minutes to have my turn to get my car checked in. If I had not made an appointment, this would've been a bit long of a wait, but more understandable. It was very disappointing to have to wait such a long time with a scheduled appointment.
George was awesome!! I really appreciated his attention to detail and his personalized customer service.
Even though you were all busy taking into account the fact that some of your regular technicians did not come in, you still got me and out in a very timely manner. Gratitude!

I’ve always been satisfied with the service I’ve gotten from Toyota. This time I was told that the oil change and smog check would take 2 hours, possibly less. After sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours with no update, I searched for someone to ask about my car’s status. No one could find my assigned agent, but I saw my car was parked in front ready to go. There was confusion about my paperwork that took another 20 minutes to sort out. I finally got the text that my car was ready when I was driving out, after 3 1/2 hours.
Robert continues to provide me with great service time and time again. He’s a great communicator and I feel like my car is in good hands with him
