From the moment I was introduced to Alex, I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and that Alex was far smarter than I. Every question I had, Alex felt the need to be dismissive and make sure I understood my question was not an important question. This is the worst service visit I have ever had at Toyota of Santa Barbara. I do not feel like a valued customer. I was made to feel like a **** to Alex. I bought my Toyota at Toyota of SB and have always had it serviced there. After this experience, I'm looking for other service options, as I do not wish to be treated as a **** when I'm a customer.

I had an appointment at 1pm and had a ride back home and the person to take my info with his iPad took a long time to take care of me and advise the service leader to come and talk to me. Please adjust your policy about the wait. The person with the iPad took care of another person while he was taking care of me.

There was a brand new bolt on the floor of my truck when I got in it the next day. I don’t know if it was not put into the seat or if it was an extra or somebody forgot it or what. Please advise.
