My car is brand new-purchased in April 2025 and the battery died which led to a problem with my key fobs not working and other electrical issues. My car stayed in the shop for 6 days. I got almost no communication during this time. My Toyota app alerted me about activity in my car which was infrequent. It seemed almost no effort was being made to fix the problem. I had to reach out to check the status of my vehicle every time until the day before it was ready. Now I have two small drill holes in my dashboard with no explanation. The service manager has yet to call me. 8/28/2025

I was sorry to hear that I will have to return to get the final part for the side mirror. I learned about the discount I could have had from my uber driver . It ended up costing me quite a bit for a ride to the dealer and now I have to go back again because they didn’t have a part. Alex, on the other hand , was a pleasure to work with.

Didn’t receive a call that my car was done. It took 2 hours to get serviced and they didn’t even clean my car.

Pablo took care of me. He was handicapped by your service system web app though, it seems like it takes twice as long as it should because he had to do everything twice. Think you need to look at updating that app for your service sales people.

My glove compartment is not closing completely. There is something under it that was not put in place properly which I think is causing the issue with the glove compartment.
