Even though I had an appointment to get my tire repaired, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get my tire patched because it had a nail in it. The reason I went to Toyota was because I purchased the tire package when I leased my Camry.
I don’t know if the fuse was checked for my problem with the door opening on the driver side.. because now the other door is not opening so I don’t know if when they replaced the sticky component in the driver side door if that actually was the problem after all. It is unclear as to whether they checked the fuse.
Rachel is great. She listens to your concerns and addresses all of them. She is very kind if it is a simple fix the customer could have figured out!
Rick was great! Very helpful, nice, responsive and took time to thoroughly review the repairs.
