I am surprised that Toyota cannot resolve it. It should not have such a noise when you drive over a speed bump. I had a few of your cars but this one

Alejandro is great, but I had a 2:00 PM appointment that I showed up Carly for. Was given a 90 minute time, which seemed long, but service was busy.
3 hours later the car was finally ready.
This is unsatisfactory customer service.
Also, there is no car wash, which would be a nice offer.

I have been going to Nissan for 5 years and very satisfied. They recommended I go to Toyota saying the Nissan team was moving over there. Since it’s the same owner as Nissan I figured it would be the same experience. It was not. The lounge area was not pleasant. The Nissan was better. Coffee…..
The service was quick, I only went for an oil change but as always was expecting something else. Asked to change engine filter, I accepted. Was out of stock. Also was offered new tires but much more overpriced than tire shops in town. No complimentary car wash. I bought a Nissan so I could get it serviced by dealership in sb. Was hoping I would have the same experience at Toyota but I will be going to Ventura next time.
I made a 10am appointment, they said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours no one communicated with any progress until I asked after waiting 2 hrs 10min.and found out it wasn't even worked on and they scheduled it to be worked on till 4pm, so I asked for my keys and left, cause they couldn't find someone to do the job.
Alejandro was excellent. He gave me the estimate before starting and let me know that services were running behind, so I had a good expectation on what I would pay and how much time it would take. He disclosed all existing cosmetic issues they found, so I had the chance to follow up on that information as well.
