There was definitely a lack of communication. I came in for something I was told would take 3-4 days, or even as little as 2. However, my car was there for 10 business days with no work done to it. I wouldn’t write a bad online review because I understand the importance of those. I’m just frustrated by the lack of transparency and the ghosting of communication.

Thanks for the great service on my RAV4. Pablo did outstanding work on my iPhone with installation of the Uber app so I could get a ride home and then back to Toyota when car service was done. Gold star for Pablo!!!!

My impression is that the service manager is not able to accept or endorse/enact customer feedback. Did not or could not provide detailed information on post service results. Mechanic did not provide service specific to my vehicle model. The boiler plate service contract is not model VIN specific and lacks itemized service points checklist and comments section for each checklist point. I purchased my first vehicle at your location in 1980 and have been a continuous customer since. Service was good until COVID and has deteriorated progressively since.
