His customer services goes above my expectations. Jaime **** does a great job managing his team. I watched them all work like an orchestra while I waited for my car. Even while being short staffed that day. Jaime and his team are the only people that work on my car.

I waited three hours for a car promised to be fo be done in one all because of a computer glitch thst failed to convey thst I was waiting for the car. Even when I spoke to him at 8:45 (1 hour and 15 minutes after the promise to have it within an hour) I was given this same excuse and had to wait two more hours. There is no tea in your lounge either
