I have always had the best service when my 2014 Toyota Tacoma has been worked on at Santa Barbara Toyota. The staff are always polite, easy to work with, and very helpful. The mechanics are the best and always sees to all work requested.My latest service was done with perfection and the final bill was less than first quoted because of the experience of the mechanic took less time on the repair.

On the day I visited, it was busier than I have ever seen it in 20 years of getting my car serviced there. George was really pleasant to work with and kept a cool head even with many tasks in progress all at the same time.

Rob was good but the service of oil change and tire rotation were lacking. I returned and Rob helped to improve the sevice. I feel the technician needed more training. The work on our car is unfinished. George had left work before we picked up our car on Saturday so we left a message for him to call us so that we could confirm what part will be ordered to complete the job. If George was off work on 1/19 or the dealership was closed than I am writing this in error. Otherwise, George has not called.

George was great. Only complaint was grease on passanger side seat. I was able to remove the grease with carpet cleaner.
