Daniel was great! Super friendly and helpful. Made sure I was in the loop on my service and timing, went above and beyond to get me a spare key I had totally forgotten I was still owed, and made sure I know when to come back. Can’t recommend enough!

George was great and very accommodating in arranging a ride home and return for me. However, I'm frustrated that the team could not find the problem with the car on this visit. I was told it would be better to come during the week, which is very difficult for me since I work out of town.

I made a service appointment online for a 15,000 mile service on 15 January 2026 for 9:30. I showed up on time and was told my car would be ready in the afternoon. When I called in the afternoon to see if it was ready. I was told that it slipped in the queue but that the service department would "jump on it first thing in the morning" and that the car would be ready by 10. I called around 9:30 and was told the car would not be ready until 11:00. Since that was too late for me I said I would pick up the car in the afternoon and I did. During this ordeal I was never given a phone call to keep me informed, and I never had anyone volunteer a regret let alone an apology.

Tod was extremely helpful and efficient in explaining the diagnostic process and insurance approval process as well. He provided timely updates and has been a fantastic communicator. Other mentions for helpful staff are for a young man named Chris, who stepped in to help with a trunk door issue I was having when dropping off the vehicle. It’s so nice to have someone be aware and recognize those moments of need.
