No shuttle service for customers! I had to wait several hours for my car and my bill was over $800! I think Toyota can afford to bring back this service for those of us who don’t have a driver to pick us up and bring us back to the dealership.

After two hours, one broken computer, zero updates without my specifically going over and bugging the guy, and $200+ dollars, they (and presumably the error code reader were still unable to tell me the cause of, meaning of, or steps I can take to prevent this scary combination of warning light, loud alarm, and shut down from recurring. I know they tried, but considering the best they could come up with was that they felt the car was safe to drive and I should just “bring it back in if this happens again.” I’m not sure their “feelings“ are sufficient and it was only mildly reassuring since if this happened again while I was, let’s say, on the freeway, I might be dead and therefore less able to bring my car in.

We had new tires installed. We dropped car off at 10 am and expected to pick it up by 3 pm. The car was not ready until 5 We should have been told in advance when it would be ready so we didn’t have to wait so long.
