Rick did a great job keeping me informed at all times. He was astentive and I felt that he was paying attention to my concerns. He kept me informed. I am VERY pleased with Rick’s work.
BUT, MY CAR WAS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR 3 WEEKS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE CRIISE CONTROL WASN’T WORKING. IN APRIL MY CAR WAS IN UOUR SHOP FOR THREE WEEKS TRYING TO FIX THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. I’M ANGRY THAT MY CAR HAS BEDN IN UOUR SHOP FOR A MONTH AND A HALF OF THE PAST NINE MONTHS! AND YOU GUYS DON’T SEEM TO CARE. AND NOW MY WARRANTY IS UP!!
