I dropped my car off at 7:30 for an oil change and possible front brake change. I was waiting to hear back about the brakes and did not receive any information. I called a little after 1 o’clock to inquire, after multiple attempts I got a hold of someone but ultimately had to wait for a call back. By then it almost 2 and was too late in the day to start a repair. As well as I had lost faith that my vehicle was a priority or of any importance. And to end it all a $235 charge for inspecting the breaks, wow seriously?! Poor service, bad communication, waiting my time.
I had asked for two items to be reviewed. 1. Brakes squeal when backing up. 2. A/C seems to not be working properly. Neither were addressed.
Daniel was great to work with. He has good customer service and took my time into account. I appreciated the good communication.

I am very happy with Rick’s job. He is always attentive and listens to what I explain about my car.
While Rick has been very helpful and empathetic and doing his best for my repair problem,the problem has not been resolved.
The wrong part was ordered and I still haven't received an update on when and if a new part was ordered.
I also had to take the day off for the m to install the part which wasn't the right one.
I lost a day of work. I originally came in on the 2/21 to have this problem fixed. It is now 3/4 and after my second visit to SB Toyota,the problem still hasn't been fixed.
I've made attempts to call and leave messages but no one has returned them since Monday.
