Rick is doing his utmost to help me in this situation that is now unresolved after 3 visits. I now need to make another trip to hopefully aolve this problem. Would be nice if Toyota offered me a rental car and keep my car while all this is happening. I've had to take two days off of work and maybe another to solve my problem

The service department **** and then ripped my boyfriend off with paying almost $1,000 for doing nothing. Because if they really took my car apart to see where the problem was they would have notice that the motor to the convertible top and the rear back window was empty.
