It is just not okay for you guys to take 5 hours to do a simple oil change.

they try to charge me $439. for a broken tailight. they say the moisture gets in and will short it out. they say it is a legal liability. but it isnt the tailight, just the tiny reflector underneath it is broken which has no connection to tailight. also charge $39 to put frigi fresh perfume in air conditioner which gave me an asthma attack. i had to get treatment and leave the car windows open all night. how can i ever go back? i wanted to investigate the exchange program for new car but i cant stand to even drive by

After the service l drove my car to work and 2 lights came out
-check veicle stability control system on
-check engine light on
I returned on Monday l talk to the guys about it and then l pay 235.00
