Toyota of Santa Barbara has left me unimpressed again. Not sure why you even offer scheduled appointments when consistently you don’t get my car back to me till 4+ hours after the scheduled appointment. I’m not a mechanic but I know an oil change and tire rotation doesn’t take that long. I scheduled a 8:45 drop off, was told I’d hear back from them around 12ish and didn’t get a ready text till 3pm.
Tod is exceptional. I have been bringing my Toyota here for servicing for the last 3 years and Tod has been my service advisor. I had one other service advisor here at Santa Barbara Toyota which, made appreciate the service I received from Tod even more. He makes it a pleasure for me in being a returning customer.

My gas gauge read about 1/5 less, with 70 miles less range than when I dropped it off, yet the odometer and the average miles per gallon readings did not change. I am confused how an oil change and recall software updates resulted in so much fuel loss. Also, communication as to when my car was ready for pick up was poor.
George’s customer service was excellent, I would give him a 100%! He was friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond with explanations to all my questions. Very knowledgeable about my car service recommendations and as a woman, he made me very comfortable in a setting that I unfamiliar with. Kudos to George, he deserves a bonus!
Tod Severson is very kind and knowledgeable. He is attentive and always answers all of my questions. He is the best service writer at Santa Barbara Toyota.

Tod greeted me with attention and respect. He kept me informed about what was needed on my 50,000 mile check with the option to not have a particular service performed on my car.
