Service was friendly and fabulous. Price gauging and service done on vehicle that I did not ask or give OK. Was not given an estimate and waited four hours when told it would be 1hr. Very friendly and helpful staff otherwise

Thanks for fixing my problem, which American tire caused ! Was nice and stress free! To get my car back to normal! Rachel did outstanding job hearing my problem, I had with car and communicating to the technician which fixed it! Meant a lot to me !!!!

The amazing service I have received from SB Toyota, and Todd is fabulous. I do however want to let you know that you need to completely change your customer service waiting lounge. It is unpleasant and just nasty. Today it was not large enough, dirty, stuffy and not representative of the great Toyota experience. I really appreciate the quality of the employee's but believe you can do much better. Maybe survey the customer's who wait for their car's. I am available to meet with you and show you how to fix your lounge. Sincerely Tim L

I had driven an hour to the dealership on a tire that had been repaired with the temporary repair kit. They were unable to fix the tire, but didn’t advise me of that until 5 pm when it was too late to get my tire fixed some place else. I had to drive another hour home on the temporary fix. I would have appreciated info sooner.

Sent me out with bubble in my tire that could blow at anytime and charged me for a tirerotation eventhough i had to replace the tire. He should have put on spare and not charged me for rotation
