GEORGE was great. As a layman I have no idea about cars, what needs to be done or any way of knowing if what was said to be done was actually done. I am choosing to trust your service department. For me, I feel that George was a very respectful, pleasant and professional person. Dealing with him was a nice change in a world where one doesn't often see that any more. Went Toyota Oxnard with an electrical problem and they couldn’t find anything. Took my Prius to Tod in Santa Barbara and he had it diagnosed and fixed within 24hrs! Super appreciative of his diligence ability to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Will definitely be seeking out his help for any future needs. Thank you Tod!!

My vehicle was not completed by the promised time and I called multiple times to check. Each time I was not given a clear answer on when it would be completed. I finally went over to see what was happening and it was sitting in the parking lot completed. I didn’t get the text that it was ready until after I had picked it up.
The only issue is that I was told the service would take an hour and a half and it took nearly two and a half. There was a delay between the service being done and the car being made available while I waited.
Alejandro was really helpful and explained everything I needed on my car im definitely going back to him if I have any issues or if I need something for my car !
I have been avoiding bringing my car to dealerships for quite a while due to bad experiences with the local Chevrolet dealership but Alejandro was extremely personable and very responsive with the status of my car and making sure I had everything I needed even asking if I needed a drop off back to work which was very appreciated. I truly hope Alejandro’s great personality and work ethic is appreciated at this business people like him keep customers coming back, I will be recommending all my family and friends to look into getting their cars done through Alejandro.
