Long wait time for an oil change and unreasonable uber credit for a round trip ride home. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for an uber ride back to the dealership. I asked for an additional credit so I can pick up my vehicle and I was told no by Tod. It’s Toyota of Santa Barbara so please give an uber credit that reflects your area. Or it could be called Toyota of Goleta and would make more sense as to why you only offer enough credit to be shuttled within Goleta. Bring back the shuttle

I brought my 2018 Corolla in at 8:30. Wasn’t ready until 2:30. The only service was the garage found a bolt in the front driver’s side tire. I wondered why they didn’t take the bolt out and repair the tire? There was no diagnostic test done. The length of time for this kind of result is unreasonable. I was also told I needed all new tires. I declined because I could get a better deal. In turned out I didn’t need new tires at this time. I went elsewhere and they pulled out the bolt, repaired the tire and d didn’t charge a penny. Maybe your employees need better salary.

While i understand that this is not Tod’s fault, he appeared dismissive of the issue with the window even after i showed him the video of the window not working. This was especially frustrating since the issue didn’t exist until your service department fixed the problem with the door that the person serving me said happens in the factory. I wouldn't expect you or anyone would be pleased with purchasing a brand new vehicle and experiencing these types of issues. Overall, the service i have received has been second rate since the time i purchased the vehicle. I am concerned that the issue will continue to happen, at which point i guess i will have to lawyer up!
