Rick was very courteous & professional.
He answered all of my questions & gave
me an accurate estimated time of completion
for my 45K servicing.
Rick was awesome. Our son is out here going to college and I feel very comfortable having him bring his truck into for any needed maintenance in the future.
Rick was terrific. Excellent service. Even recommended a breakfast place to me…
Rachel was friendly, helpful and professional. I was shocked by the price of replacing a headlight and a license plate bulb, and not in a good way.
Explained everything. Kept me informed. Efficient.
Thank you for the prompt service

The part that we’re not satisfied with is the entertainment system in our 2024 Toyota Sienna minivan. That’s not Toyota Santa Barbara’s shortfall, but I’m still mentioning it here because we are not happy with this part of our purchase.
We haven’t been able to get it to work in 7 months of buying the van. The entertainment system was one of the main reasons we bought the van, for the kids on road trips, etc. We have spent 10+ hours and numerous different pieces of equipment (e.g., HDMI cables, etc.) trying to get it to work, which seems crazy with a $60k+ brand new vehicle. A TV in a vehicle should be straightforward to set up; it should just work. We shouldn’t have to watch hours of YouTube videos to troubleshoot.
The solution that we identified at the end of the 5 hour appointment was that we need to purchase more equipment, an HDMI to HDMI cable, to plug into a laptop that’s required to make the TV work. It’s essentially a workaround, since the laptop is doing the work and displaying videos on the vans entertainment system by projecting it to an extra screen. Why should we have to travel with a laptop? We could just watch videos on a laptop, so why did we purchase an entertainment system in the van at all?
