Robert single handedly redeemed the customer service for Toyota Santa Barbara. After months of issues with recalls not getting things done, on this visit, he handled everything flawlessly and with grace. I will bring my car back and recommend others to Robert to assist with their Toyota needs in the future.

I went in to have an oil leak diagnosed and the report came back saying there is a coolant leak but they don't know where and that they need to drop the transmission. I'm so dissatisfied with this I am getting a second opinion from another mechanic shop that is not charging me over $200.
To do tire rotation and other safety inspection it took like 3 hour
