Rob was very helpful and informative. His enthusiasm is admirable and I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The sales representatives were also very accommodating and gave me excellent information about the Crown. The receptionist was helpful and welcoming, as the waiting room was full and she allowed me to sit inside, as it was cold and rainy.

I went in to have an oil leak diagnosed and the report came back saying there is a coolant leak but they don't know where and that they need to drop the transmission. I'm so dissatisfied with this I am getting a second opinion from another mechanic shop that is not charging me over $200.
