First, upon dropping off my vehicle, the agent told me there was no availability for the day and scheduled me for the next morning. I received email confirmation and seen I could edit my time and date to another available time and date. It showed there was availability that morning @10:30 which I scheduled and received confirmation, via text. Then as I came to drop off my vehicle a text message was sent saying it got rescheduled again the next day. Rachel was still able to check me in and I told her, I need my two recalls fixed to register my truck. I understand courtesy inspection is included but, due to just servicing my truck and previously inspected just less than couple weeks prior everything was ok’d, except the recalls. Rachel then was trying to explain I needed a part to fix my recalls which actually was NOT. I had to review the recalls and reminded her that the parts needed weren’t needed to clear my two recalls. She agreed. She gave me my recall clearance and certificates and I was able to go after waiting with my new born for over 2 hours. Service could be more clear and transparent as well as accommodating.
Rachel is excellent. I’m so glad to work her in caring for my 2021 Camry XLE Hybrid. She suggested important services that improved my MPG. Rachel is knowledgeable and professional. I enjoy getting service at Toyota Santa Barbara when I can work with Rachel. I had a longtime relationship with Piercey Toyota in the Bay Area and now in the Santa Barbara area and thanks to Rachel hope to build a similar relationship with Toyota in Santa Barbara.

My car was not ready when promised and I got zero communication. I had to call and check and was told it would be ready in 20 min. I showed up 40 min later and there was no paperwork so had to wait even longer.
George said he would give me a quote on a backup camera but I never got that either. What happened to your great service Toyota? I have taken both my cars there for years! Also a tire rotation for $170 is absurd when Costco does it for free. I guess I will have to find a new place to service my car.
