My service expenses was excellent. Cory was helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to address my issues and questions and get my vehicle back to tip top shape. He is an asset to Bev Smith Kia's service team! All of the service team members are so friendly and helpful even in your waiting areas!

It took a month to get my car back. But Cory would not return my repeated calls. I had to get Richard involved, then he failed to return my calls. I appreciate you finally fixing my Kia Sportage, and waxing it, and not charging me for an oil change and getting me a rental after over 2 weeks without a car. But I will be going to another Kia dealer in the future. I just can’t take you not returning calls. Sorry!!
