Angela is great, as is the rest of the team that engaged in my vehicle purchase. Let me be clear that My issue is NOT with the team members. On a brand new K4, 1000 miles I will be back Monday morning for the 2nd time for a sunroof that isn’t working. In addition, my vehicle was back 3 times for the window tint. The team there was great. They ageed on the re-do. I will continue to be proactive about Bev Smith Kia and the team. Hopefully Bev Smith Kia will acknowledge some satisfaction. Open for discussion . Getting in touch with the service team member was next to impossible. Always have to leave a message and they would send you to someone else’s voicemail. No calls back. It took calling and asking for a manager to get a response.
