Caitlyn was great. She was sweet and kept me in the loop with everything. The problem is four different salesmen and a phone call was made to me trying to get me to buy a car. That is harassment. I understand probably one person but four people was overkill. It was as if we were a dead animal and vultures were everywhere. I was the only person they did that to.

My car had been at the dealership since March 31st. I just got it back today July 3rd and now there is damage all over the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. One would think that there would be a quality check done on the vehicle before it is returned to the guest, but it is very evident that is not the case.

I have not had my vehicle serviced at this location on the specified date with this service provider. Due to dissatisfaction with the pricing for the required service, I chose to utilize a third-party service. However, I intend to return in order to have the USB-C port, which is under warranty and would require a longer servicing time, repaired. I will contact your office to schedule this appointment.
