It took 1 month for my car to be repaired. I had to call several times to find out the status, instead of someone (advisor/manager) calling me to keep me updated. Upon getting my car back there was a scratch on the side that was not there when I dropped it off 1 month prior. The service manager was extremely disrespectful as he immediately accused me of damaging my vehicle that was in the shop for 1 month. His first words were accusatory instead of a greeting or even an apology for the inconvenience of not having my car for 1 month (3/22/24-4/17/24). Along with the scratch on the side, there was some sort of red liquid spilled on my car and a cap near my gear shift was missing. Overall, not a pleasant experience AT ALL.
Caitlyn is awesome as always. Does your dealership not wash cars in for service? This is the first brand of vehicle I’ve owned that didn’t take that extra step. Maybe my expectations are too high

I was told by my service rep that I would not be charged for labor when installing my 2 air filters, because I said if I was I would install them myself, because it is not very difficult. To my surprise, when I got home and looked at my paid receipt, I was charged for the labor portion of installing the 2 air filters. Very disappointing.
Glad they found the nail in my tire but I had to wait so long when I arrived.

Very poor customer service skills your service department is corrupted and disgusting they’re all scheming l came in for a oil change 3 days later my engine was shot no oil was in my vehicle the whole service department needs to be replaced!!!!!
I was dissatisfied on the amount of time that I had to sit and wait for new software to download onto my car. I sat there for six hours and it still wasn’t done so then I had to leave it overnight which made me cancel patients I needed to see the next morning and my husband had to take off of work in order to take me to get my car I feel they should’ve offered me a loaner car at that point or some other option?? I had no problem with the staff and everyone that was there. Everyone was very kind and did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible however, six hours is way too much time to be downloading an update on software. I don’t know if it was mechanical error or technical issues? We have been faithful purchasers from Beth Smith Kia we have bought six vehicles from you and the latest two were last year in May and this year about six months ago. I feel they could’ve alerted me to any problem they were having with the download way before six hours of sitting there, and I could’ve made other arrangements as far as transportation and our jobs.
