Caitlin was fantastic. She is a people person. She promised a call back and I received it. If I asked a question, I got a straight answer. If she didn’t know the answer, she found the answer and called me to explain. For me, as long as I have a kia, she will be my service advisor.

My problem was not with Angela Malave she was Very professional and attentive keeping me updated about my car's service. However it should have NOT taken 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation Very disappointed. Plus I had an appointment! And I have the special package for oil changes. Hope things are different if I decide to come back for the next service!!

My appointment was for 1130. Upon arriving I was informed that it was actually for 130. My “service advisor” then tried to tell me I had to wait 2-3 hours with my 2 year and old, and I am pregnant with twins so sitting there for 2-3 hours wasn’t feasible. I ended up leaving, as my 15 minutes I was there I was repeatedly harassed by the staff wanting me to go over trading in my vehicle.
