He didn’t know but he told me 2 hours until it will be ready and it took 4 hours. When it was ready he wrote on the receipt next service I get a free oil change and tire rotation because of the wait which makes me feel good. Because a few years ago I brought a Toyota at your other dealership and because of the way I was treated said to myself I would not ever do business with your dealership again. And from buying the Kia and the service of the Kia I am very happy I did buy from dealership again

Time to update your waiting room. It's a bit old, a bit shabby, and the employee traffic is nonstop. You can do MUCH better.

I have been having the same continuous issue with my vehicle that I respond several dollars on that still has not been resolved my car has been losing all shaking trembling etc no one seems to care they brush it off and I still have the same issue I'm very dissatisfied with having a brand new Kia that having the same continuous issues and I was told that it was resolved evidently no one cares at Kia I have left several messages with the service manager as well very very dissatisfied
Yes I took a chance with you guys and hope the future will continue as long as your work don't become faulty. I really was skeptical dealing with the dealership. Let's give a a little to see if it continues. Thanks again.
