Service okay however I had to wait almost 2 hrs to get service after my appt time
Angela was very kind , however , I was told I would get a rental on Monday when I dropped my k4 to be repaired, she advised she couldn’t get a rental because they didn’t have any but she could get one from enterprise on Tuesday. I asked on Monday why she couldn’t get one that day as I have only Lyft or uber options and she said her boss was off? I had the car 2 weeks and 2 days prior to drop off and had not been able to use it fully functional . She kept saying it takes time to get ahold of Kia. It took 3 days to fix the issue , as i understood the reason to be trying to reach Kia. Kia support needs to do better. The length of time to reach them even for their own dealers is unreasonable. I do thank Ricardo for reaching out and getting things going for me .
Angela was nothing short of AWESOME! She even reached out to us on her day off to be sure that the car was operating satisfactory! She truly has a passion for her customers and over the top customer service.
We have been disappointed with most of the service we have received there. Even though we pointed out a noise we had not heard before Cory said it was normal and 5 days later brakes locked up and BS Kia had to replace parking brake motor module.
Coach has been trying to make things right for us. B
Damage done to vehicle during routine services.Several attempts to reach ANYONE had been unsuccessful. No return calls text etc.

Angela was great and very helpful. Disappointed that the guys who did the oil change a few weeks ago, did not check fluids the first time I was here causing me to have to come back because of no coolant in my car and this process of trying to get some answers as to what is going on with my electrical problems.

Service advisor was great and helpful. But getting into a confrontation with your service personnel on where I was parked my truck was not appreciated nor required. Customer service was at zero

Best service team of any dealership
My service advisor Angela was great and getting my needs done and was quick and very reliable when you need things done within your car repairs and part needs. The only thing was wrong was with the technician not checking the rest button for my Kia SPORTAGE when the technician had put the fuel pressure and gasket , my Kia started to kick back without resting my system. Overall with Angela’s service in getting my issues done was great.
He was very kind and patient.made the visit more pleasant
Cory was the best, he was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
