The work I requested was not done or completed
Had an appt for an oil change at 9:30, arrived at 9:10 and did not get my car back until 11:30. I had to request a copy of the all points inspection sheet which usually is with my invoice . Because of previous appts, I always have to question the brake readings and they always have to be corrected in my favor. This causes trust issues with the service techs there
I felt like a valued customer.
Angela was awesome. She kept me posted with updates on my vehicle and she followed through with the warranty information and what my cost would be. She is very informative and answered all questions without hesitation. Angela is wonderful.
It would be nice if my car was actually washed, I waited over 30 minutes to I receive my car back after being told it was in the wash and it wasn’t washed at all. The staff also left trash in my car that I had to throw out. Last, my advisor told me she would take $100 off of my total bill since the service was over $1000 and didn’t. When I asked about it she responded that she gave me a discount (which was in the amount of 2 dollars). I think my experience would have been much better if those things were treated more professionally.
The most important thing that he did besides being very polite, was he communicated with me during the day so I knew what to expect. I really like Bev Smith Kia. Honestly I've heard some bad things about the place but I have only experienced good things.
I had a great experience working with Caitlin as my service liaison while getting my car fixed. She was personable, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her clear communication and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and would highly recommend her to anyone needing service assistance!

We came in for a recall and they did not have the parts and now we have to come back again. Then why the hell did they make the appointment to waste my time lost from work and now have to do it again very poor customer setvice

Cory James was fantastic in getting my vehicle up and running and was prompt when getting issues resolved. His enthusiastic of getting my needs and repairs done was exceptional. However, this was the third time I got my fuel pump changed , that part of the new fuel pump that was put in three times with new , I just don’t understand how the fuel keeps breaking if it’s brand new. Overall of experience of getting my vehicle up and running was great.
