My radio is still unresponsive. I sent Angela a text with no reply. The only time I even saw her wad when she handed me my invoice and said you can go. No review, nothing and evidently no checking your repairs.

Appointment was at 9:30 for an oil/filter change. Was given a free complimentary car wash which was great. But it took 2 hours!! I found this unacceptable at best. 30-40 minutes tops this should have taken. Worst part our car was sitting finished for almost 15 minutes. I literally had to go tell the service advisor our car was ready and two hours was unacceptable. We paid $4500 for the maintenance package. If you pay that much I think a customer should be treated with a LOT more respect. I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come. 2/5?? rating

We had a recall so wecalled to make an appointment for them when we arrived they on at appointment so they told me they had to order the parts we came back two days later and they install the part and left a sharp point out and my wife cut her finger on the pin we called and brought the car back and they fixed it but scratched the be switch and th me directional switch when the tried to fix it not sure what happened but not the best customer service I purchased this car from you and drop a lot of money to be treated like this will be looking for a new dealer one that knows how to treat customers

Since 2023 I been bringing my car and dealing with Caitlin Neeson. She gives me confidence of leaving my car and knowing everything she said will be done correctly. She is very professional, knowledgeable and confident in her job.
