Even though Michelle was very busy, she was professional, patient and friendly when she interacted with me regarding my vehicle.
This visit was much better than the first time that I brought my vehicle to your dealership to repair 2 tires that had leaks. The employee who worked on my vehicle at that time hid the chips that he made on my wheels by leaving lubricant over them so that they would not be discovered until later.
Everything went smoothly and on time.
Angela was GREAT! Explained all the updates needed, and was able to fit me in after my appt was complete to replace a part that had been on backorder due to a recall. She was wonderful!
Infotainment systems were factory reset (all saved settings, all charging limit settings, CarPlay, phone pairing) without my notice or approval.
No timelines given on when parts would be available for one of the recalls, nor any information on how I will know when parts become available.

The “car wash” was not a car wash. I would have rather not been informed the car was washed.

There was an error in my appointment. The representative scheduled my appointment on the wrong date and told me the appointment was today. No harm, just a mistake. The service manager I spoke with was defensive and was borderline rude when we tried to figure out what had happen. I wasn't upset about it but he was trying to insinuate that the error was on me. Besides that they were able to schedule me for other service today and my representative Caitlin was as lovely and professional as always. Will still come back for future service.
They didn’t wash my car, no one asked if I wanted a car wash, I was always been asked before, I had to ask when they brought my car to me. I also asked if my air conditioning filter was check and was told it was not on my maintenance plan
