Angela was very helpful, I’m sure she did all she could to expedite repairs, BUT….you had the car for five weeks, when I picked it up, it was dirty, obviously had been parked outside near trees or the side of a building, because the the driver side was covered in bird ****, car had been left unlocked because there was even bird crap on the inside of the door handles, that could only happen if it was unlocked! And no one noticed all the white bird crap??? Can’t tell me you guys couldn’t have taken five minutes and washed it…it was disgusting! Really expected more from Bev Smith!

My scheduled appointment was for 9:30 AM and I got there at about 9:33 AM, then they told me my appointment was scheduled for 9 AM which per the texts and the phone call I had to make the appointment, was inaccurate. While I was being asked a bunch of questions about upgrading to another car, (while running in circles with my two toddlers) which I do not need and cannot afford, I was told at 10:37 AM they were not aware my car was even at the dealership yet and that they had not started on it which was a little frustrating….but Once it was discovered my car was there, they did get to it quickly. Also, a sticker for the next oil change date was not placed in my car, so now I have no clue when that should be. I was also told that the front of the car would be cleaned and vacuumed and that did not happen either.

Angela was great she was very friendly and knowledgeable she met me at the door introducing herself and already knew why I was there. She was really great I was in and out and she checked on multiple times. I had a great experience!
