There was an error in my appointment. The representative scheduled my appointment on the wrong date and told me the appointment was today. No harm, just a mistake. The service manager I spoke with was defensive and was borderline rude when we tried to figure out what had happen. I wasn't upset about it but he was trying to insinuate that the error was on me. Besides that they were able to schedule me for other service today and my representative Caitlin was as lovely and professional as always. Will still come back for future service.

They didn’t wash my car, no one asked if I wanted a car wash, I was always been asked before, I had to ask when they brought my car to me. I also asked if my air conditioning filter was check and was told it was not on my maintenance plan

Caitlin Neeson always takes care of customer very well. She is excellent. She understands customers needs and she is very helpful. Her positive attitude motivates me to stay in business with Bev Smith Kia. When I get good service from a place as Bev Smith that makes me not only I am satisfied but my friends and family should be aware of a better service they can find from Bev Smith Kia. I hope I will always find the same type of care in the future. Thank you very much.
