I will never be back to this location. You gave me a sticker that was not even for my car. Every time I go there either I don’t get a sticker or now I got a random one. Your car wash is never working. I said I’m not coming back to this location and Caitlyn said oh well. What kind of customer service are you running over there because it’s terrible. I waited forever for my advisor and got stuck with someone else because apparently my advisor isn’t there on Saturdays.
Employees appear unprofessional loitering around on their phones constantly and loud conversations shouldn't be overheard.Leaving vehicles running under the carport for 20 minutes before putting them in the bay is disheartening considering gas is $4 a gallon.
Cory is the best. Fabulous and fast service.
